Sweepertec Steel

The brush is the only one on the market to come as a one-piece, highly durable brush back. No rows of flimsy bristle bolted together, the Sweepertec can provide excellent performance in whatever scenario and conditions it finds itself in.

• Sweepertec Steel uses 55% more bristle than the next competitor.
• 16 rows of 3.3×0.6mm patented steel wire bristle provide an extremely dense and strong brush so that both heavy and smaller debris is swept along with ease.
• Self-supporting brush – no need to chock the brush in between use, simply place it down until next required.
• Chevron bristle pattern helps to collect smaller debris.

Due to the inherent material properties of steel, this brush should not be used near livestock, at airports, or racetracks, as after heavy use some sections of steel bristle may fatigue and snap, leaving sharp metal shards on the ground which are dangerous to tyres and animals. Thankfully, in these more sensitive areas, there should be no requirement for such a wear-resistant brush as the Sweepertec Steel, and so the normal plastic bristled Sweepertec brushes should more than suffice.

To prolong life, please keep the brush under cover to avoid bristle corrosion.

The Frame

The frame is fabricated from high-grade steel which is then hot-dip-galvanised to protect it from harsh environmental conditions.
